Great food! I love their large salmon sashimi plate. It is always fresh and has very thick slices. Their combo plates are very filling too. The spicy scallop roll is SO GOOD! Definitely worth the money.
Not that great – 4/29/2010 I was there with my two babies for the first time, I have ordered spider crab roll it cost $ 13 and it was little fishy I ate it anyway and I ordered the lunch special for my kids which cost $ 8. The service was okay la, not great they are quite slow for being not busy, the bill came and I look at it twice is like $ 36 bux, I was like what did I ordered? Best sushi & other japaese food! – I've lived in SD for 25 years and as a lover of Japanese food have never found a better place! Not in LA's Little Tokyo where I worked for 15 years, nor in SF where I grew up or in Nyc where I lived for 11 years before coming here. Always consistently great!

Not as Impressed – My friends all have recommended this place and I had high expectations. I finally made my way to the restaurant, only to be left disappointed. I tried their teryaki bowl and it was mediocre. I found the miso soup to be a little bland and the salad dressing a little watery. Amazing. – I've been going to this restaurant since I was about 5 years old. My mom used to own a little business right next door so we usually got free lunches by the owner of Little Tokyo. I went there a few days ago again on my 19th birthday and we got the banana boat special and that was just aboslutely amazign and it filled up 5 people at such a low price! San Dimas is an Even Better Place to Live Now! – I was very pleasantly surprised about the quality and selection of sushi at Little Tokyo. I would have never have thought that I'd find a decent place in San Dimas. Especially after having tried 2 other places which were very dissappointing. I wasn't expecting much because most businesses are more on the level of jumping on the Japanese/Sushi fad (all you can eat, poor quality, crazy types of rolls, etc). AVERAGE AT BEST – The sushi was alright..you want REAL sushi? Go to SUSHI FOR LESS in Duarte...o my goodness the food is sooooo good. And the prices are great! The service is excellent! Right when you walk in, they're like "Moshi moshi!". If you love sushi, then get the sushi buffet at the sushi bar...be prepared to wait on the weekends!...its sooo good! Don't be fooled by the outside looks...its so cute inside!
