No customer service. ******** not a happy customer. Will never ever order or buy any thing little tikes
Absolutely a joke. Son received a battery operated ride on toy for Christmas, cold weather in ohio so wasnt put together right away, and he can't even ride it because the connector is broke and the company won't do a thing about because it is out of their 90 day policy window. Company really needs to take things like that into consideration when toys from them are bought. He is bummed out to say the least.

Ordered the Foamo 3 in 1 water table, the motor on the foam maker stopped working within weeks. Have emailed customer service multiple times with no reply ever.

Paid for product Did not receive item! I have contacted them via email several times with no response
I am attempting to cancel the order I just placed and am not being allowed to do so. Charged order through Pay Pal and attempting to cancel payment to someone name *******************************, which is not the company Little Tikes. This is fraud.
They are a scam paid 4 product. never recieved. Not happy
To say I am disappointed with Little Tikes is an understatement. We purchased the ************ waterslide on clearance for our grandson. In setting it up we noticed a hole at the seem something that the patch would not fix. Now mind you were are grandparents and would not allow him to use it his hand or foot could have gotten caught ** in it and there is water that fills below. It could be deadly.. I would like to recommend this company to everyone. I recently dealt with there customer service department concerning an issue with a Little Tikes item that I had purchased, and they responded immediately to correct the issue. Their representative was extremely courteous and helpful. Many customer service departments today could take lessons from them.
