Hirsch fruit farm has the best apples anywhere and the best tasting apple cider. they also sell lots of other fruits like strawberries and peaches, The best thing is their cider slushies. They give tours of their apple cider making operation, and even have special days where you can pick your own apples, they have harvest days, give hayrides and other fun stuff. Freshest Fruit Around! We only buy apples at Hirsh Fruit Farm and Market, they have so many varieties to choose from and are the freshest around as are all thier fruits. They sell not only fruits but much more, apple cider, jams, apple butter (you have to try thier apple butter, its the best I've ever tried!),syrups etc., and now they even sell gift baskets its definitely worth checking out. Thier store staff are also very friendly and helpful, their prices are very reasonable and the store itself has a very pleasant atmosph... read more
Nice Apples Hirsch's is the best place to buy apples in Chillicothe. They have a large selection of good quality apples. You won't find rotten apples hidden in the pre-packaged bags. They have 2 locations (the other on Bridge Street) which is convenient for many people. They also offer apple butter, jams, slushies, and cider. I would highly recommend their cider.
