I’ve trained at Little Sweatshop for over 10 years, and it’s truly one of my favourite places to be. The owner Shelley, is the kindest, most compassionate, and warm hearted being I have ever met. She treats all of her members like family. To top it off, she is an incredible athlete, and coach. She is so knowledgeable in the world of sports performance, and has helped so many of the MMA athletes in the gym deal with nagging pains and injuries.
