Bought a kuga 12 months ago and had brake problems within a month. It had 3 months warranty which wasn’t worth the paper it was wrote on. As some one has already said “ great to deal with but don’t expect any joy when the faults arise. Car has been a bin since I bought it. Never again from these guys
If you're foolish enough to buy from here get your own MOT done asap ,as the one from this place isn't worth the paper it's written on. Pre sale the car failed it's MOT , miraculously the next day it passed. They also attempted to sell me an additional warranty that my car would not qualify for anyway. Eleven months later and only 5k extra miles I took it to a specialist for the MOT . Turns out those problems were not fixed. The car was deemed unroadworthy. Very friendly
Just bought a red Nissan juke from little Sutton car centre and couldn’t recommend more. Lovely workers , weren’t pushy . The cars all come with 12 months mot which is done just before you buy the car and a service . Made up with my car and the service I received.
You’re paying premium prices for a great valet. Service is good up until sale but if you have any issues they will massively give you the run around at their own leisure. they won’t collect your car either. No matter what they say definitely push forward though and make sure they resolve your issue how YOU want.
