I personally and our company have purchased a great deal of products for our vehicles and my own personal vehicles. I have always had a great experience. As the other reviews say Kevin is not the best to answer the phone. Do as I do just go into the store if possible. But on his behalf, He is crazy busy and good help is hard to find. Great place to get your truck outfitted
I called and got a price in March for a bed cover. The owner told me there was also a $200 mail-in rebate so I set up the installation and they completed it. I never received any rebate paperwork or email as promised with the info. I called 2 times over the next 2 months and once last week and was given empty promises it would be sent to me.
