I called and got a price in March for a bed cover. The owner told me there was also a $200 mail-in rebate so I set up the installation and they completed it. I never received any rebate paperwork or email as promised with the info. I called 2 times over the next 2 months and once last week and was given empty promises it would be sent to me. This place does not do very good with communication. He never answers the phone and he says he'll call when ur order is in and he never does. And my orders are rarely in when he says. I ordered underbody tool boxes a year ago he told me they would be in a few days and never saw them, ordered lights he told me they would be in in 2 or 3 days it's been 3weeks still don't have them... hate to give a bad review cause he is a nice guy but I am really tired of going in there and going home with nothing cuz he doesn't have it when ... read more
Kevin and the team rock!! Always good service at a fair price.
He doesn't call back the only way I can communicate with him is to go there. And I had some warranty work he is doing and I didn't hear from him in like 3 months
