Great Job If you are refinancing a house, most lenders will require a septic cleaning. I called Little Stinker to find out if they could help one of my customers. They were great. Just a joy to work with, they went right out, pumped the tank, checked out all the ballast. They were great.
half good, half real bad really have to watch them, had heard good things about them, they were professional,honest, and did a great job on the septic pumping. $280 to a 1,000 gallon tank. BUT before using the tank, it is a standard in the industry to have the walls pressurewashed and enzymes added, which they said would take an hour and the 2 gallons of commercial enzymes would (each be) $175 a gal. I asked if that was a flat charge for the hour and they said no, it always took a solid hour to do the job good. When they cam... read more
