Francesca worked with us this monday. She was very thorough, nice, professional and answered all our questions. She went above and beyond with caring for our daughter and we are so grateful to have met her
Our 7-year-old just had his first PT session at Little Steps after surgery to correct chronic toe-walking, and we couldn’t be more grateful. They got us in quickly, which was such a relief after his procedure. Francesca was absolutely wonderful — so kind, patient, and made my son feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and gave us easy exercises to do at home. It was such a positive first experience, and we’re truly looking forward to continuing his care here. Highly recommend Little Steps!

The staff and team of therapists at Little Steps - Libertyville are amazing! We started seeing Francesca for physical therapy with our daughter at 3 month old to help address her torticollis. Francesca works with her on different exercises and is so genuinely excited when our daughter mets her various goals and milestones. Additionally, Francesca has great knowledge to explain what is happening with various muscles so we can better understand how different positions and stretches will help our daughter.
