My four year old has been attending OT sessions with Ms. Renata for a few months now and we have seen amazing progress. She is able to dress herself and has worked through several sensory aversions. Mr. Jay has made the scheduling process seamless and cares about the patients and their parents.
Ms Ewa has been amazing with my son. He started off only army crawling and is now running. We are so thankful.
Little Steps has been an absolute blessing to my family! Everyone is kind, the building is clean, and my children feel comfortable. For the first time my son has been able to climb at the park, and while that may sound like an everyday kid that it is a huge step for my son. He was finally able to go play with his twin without my help. I had tears in my eyes and love the support that we have received at Little Steps in Arlington Heights! Literally Amazing! This staff is so accommodating, kind, professional and make you feel like family. I’m a hairstylist and came in to them with some numbness that I had been feeling due to a slipped disc. They’ve worked with me and I’m happy to say have fixed the issue! Loyal client for life
The therapists here are amazing, but the billing department is awful. They give you the runaround on everything and bill all the appointments late so you can’t catch an issue with your insurance until it becomes a huge problem. The billing department has the worst customer service. If you go here make sure you stay on them and constantly check your insurance because they are just looking to over charge you.
