Literally Amazing! This staff is so accommodating, kind, professional and make you feel like family. I’m a hairstylist and came in to them with some numbness that I had been feeling due to a slipped disc. They’ve worked with me and I’m happy to say have fixed the issue! Loyal client for life
The therapists here are amazing, but the billing department is awful. They give you the runaround on everything and bill all the appointments late so you can’t catch an issue with your insurance until it becomes a huge problem. The billing department has the worst customer service. If you go here make sure you stay on them and constantly check your insurance because they are just looking to over charge you.
I would like to give this facility 5 star for our amazing physical therapists Ewa and Eleina. We were regular patients almost a year, and didn’t have any problems until yesterday when I got surprised bill for “ non showing fee” for my twins. Last Monday I called at 8 AM to notify patient coordinator that my babies are sick and we have to cancel our 3 PM appointment. Emily is an amazing physical therapist!!! My daughter was 4 months at the first meeting with her. When my daughter begun seeing Emily she had a torticollis. Our physical therapist, was wonderful and warm and I so that exercises were working from first meeting. My daughter is now full-on walking, squatting, and climbing and I see her physical activity is advanced. We are so grateful to Emily for her hard work, empathy, and care.
