We had the best experience at Little Steps in Wilmette. Every person we came in contact/worked with was kind and knowledgeable. The clinicians take the time at the end of every session to provide an update about what was worked on and give you "homework" and any needed materials. I really appreciated their flexibility in updating via email and phone when I wasn't the person picking up my kiddo. We have had such a great experience at Little Steps. Our son's speech and occupational therapists strike a perfect balance of goal-driven, research-based work with warm, open kindness and care for our son. We are so thankful for their support.
I highly recommend Little Steps and am so grateful I have found them to support my toddler; they have provided him the extra support he needed to truly blossom. We work with both Chloe and Christine at Little Steps for Speech and OT. Our kids don't even know it's therapy - they look forward to going and have made so much progress. They do a fantastic job of communicating with parents as well so I always feel in the loop and make scheduling a breeze!
We are beyond grateful for Little Steps and their entire team. Both of our older boys see Katelyn, Julia, Chloe, and Celeste for OT. Our little guy saw Ms. Ellie for PT. All three of our kids have needed something different, yet all have received the same incredible care. They are flexible, kind, and truly design services for their independent needs. They focus on their strengths while encouraging their areas of need. They also provide us as parents with resources and guidance. We feel so lucky to be in their care!
