Love the therapists here, they are amazing with little ones! Jessie and Emily have been so patient and so kind. Shainett is always a bright when you walk in and has been so patient with us trying to figure out scheduling with a newborn. Great place! Nice, clean, and great people.
We have been on a waiting list through our hospital for Speech Therapy for our son since April of 2024. We passed by Little Steps in May 2025 and inquired about getting an appointment. Shainett called us back within a day and was able to get us in the following week. She worked with us and took care of all of our insurance coverage questions. Our son was in PT with Ellie Hoag for the past year, and has thrived under her care. When we started, he was a year old and not crawling, and now he is 2 and runs all over the place. Ellie had a great approach with our son, both being fun and playful and very focused on making sure he was working on the skills, without being pushy with him. He loved his sessions with her. This place has been amazing. A couple years ago our child had PT service and this helped our son tremendously and only wish we could have continued but could not due to personal reasons. Currently our son receives OT and Little Steps continues to impress. Staff has been polite , courteous, and always willing to help and provide solutions. We love Ms. Ellie! She has been so great with our son. He has made SO much progress over the past few months with her. (He started at 15 mos and now he is 18 mos). We are excited to keep coming back and see more progress. Would definitely recommend Ellie for PT!!!
