We have had such a positive experience at Little Stepping Stones. From the moment we walked through the door, the team made us feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. My daughter has been seeing both a speech therapist and an occupational therapist, and the progress she has made has been incredible. Highly recommend! I had a really great experience and I’m so glad i found them. They are very patient, friendly and easy to talk to. They genuinely care about helping clients and they always took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. We had a wonderful experience with Little Stepping Stones - Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy for Children. Kibby is an amazing therapist. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I trust her completely, and she has made such a positive difference in helping my child. Alice and Maeghan are both engaging, warm and informative. They support and engage the parent and child to a high standard. Overall, Little Stepping Stones is a wonderful clinic though, the cancellation policy around appointments, due to in part, issues around NDIS is both unfair and stressful for the carer and I’ve had to do a lot of advocating to feel heard, though, have not spoken to or seen any management on the issue.
Very welcoming environment, staff were friendly, informative and professional. Further showing real passion for both speech pathology and occupational therapy. Clear and concise feedback was provided at the conclusion of sessions. Very impressed with the team and with the level of support provided. Highly recommend.
