1 star — Would not recommend Extremely disappointing experience at Little Stars Pediatrics’ Prosper location. We drove 40 minutes for our appointment only to be turned away at the front desk because paperwork we were never sent hadn’t been completed. Instead of handling the mix up professionally, the front desk staff berated us for not filling it out ahead of time as if we were supposed to complete forms that were never sent to us in the first place. We had an appointment for our 10-day-old newborn, but we were kept waiting for over 1 hour and 30 minutes before being seen. Waiting that long with such a tiny baby was extremely difficult and stressful for both the baby and us as parents. While we understand that delays can happen, appointments involving newborns should be handled more efficiently or families should at least be kept informed about significant delays.
