Unfortunately, I loved taking my son to this practice, however, there were a few times I had to call the after hours number and they say that they will call back within the hour but that wasn’t the case for me. There were 3 instances where they either didn’t call me until the next day or I had to call them. I’m very understanding, but after the third time it just seemed like they didn’t care for my child’s health or my concerns.

The staff is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and works so well with kids—they just get it.
