Had an amazing visit for my 10 year old! Easy to make an appointment within 10 mins in Wait time wasn't long at all . It was very clean as well . The front staff was awesome good to know you're able to buy the main over-the-counter medicines that you would have to go to another store for definitely saved me a trip! But most importantly the lady who we were see by was sweet and comforting for my daughter! Nikki Silva !!5 stars hehe
I came in late from work this Particular evening to find my five-year-old was feeling so badly that he was in tears and wanted to get him into Little Spurs pediatric urgent Care right away. I arrived about four minutes before they close and the front desk clerk was so super polite and welcomed to me in as kind As can be. Before I could even finish completing my paperwork, a nurse popped out and called us in greeting us with a Smile. Excellent service and care. Everyone was so friendly and caring when I brought my 7 month old in.
We always get great service here, but the parking situation can be hit or miss. I have had to park behind the building, quite a distance away with very sick kids. Also, for some reason with my insurance I end up paying double what I would at a regular urgent care.
