Scam This place is a scam. They tried to keep my items even though I did not accept their terrible offer. They tried to tell me I already accepted and I absolutely did not accept anything except putting a diaper bag on consignment. It was a good thing I made it there in time before they started selling all of it without my permission. I will never go back and will warn all of my friends and family to stay away.
***THE BEST RESALE SHOP EVER***** this is by far the best resale shop in Cincinnati area i wouldn't shop anywhere else but little sprouts its very very clean and everyone that works there are super friendly and very helpful they just moved to a bigger location and it looks awesome they differently did an awesome job setting up the store and making it very nice!!! if you haven't been to this resale shop before i would differently shop there because once you shop at this resale place you will never wanna shop at another resale... read more
BEWARE! I have no idea why people shop here. Overpriced snooty shop with the worst customer service in town. If you try to sell something be prepared to be paid in pennies because that is all your stuff will add up to. They say how Christian they are but they are a bunch of crooks. Steer clear of this shop and their hypocritical owner. All they care about is making money and don't care about anything else. BEWARE! I should have read these reviews before I went!
not great.. Customer service has gotten awful! I have stopped in a few times and thought the store had a lovely selection and fairly priced, but I stopped recently and the customer service was terrible! The young woman working stared at me while I walked around the store..didnt find them helpful at all.
never again Lets just say that I would rather pay full price at Gymboree and Janie and Jack then to ever step foot into that place ever again. They really need to have a lesson on customer service.
Awesome place to shop!!! I absolutely LOVE this little shop! I have both bought and sold here and think the selection and quality is great. Every item is name brand and in excellent condition. It does take them a few days to look over your items if you bring them in to sell, but I prefer that to standing around in a store for an hour to wait for them to go through the items. Busy Momma I was in the shop for the first time last evening and was not greeted by the only employee working- who was standing behind the counter picking her finger nails. The store is appropriately divided between girls and boys clothes and even has a small play area for small children. As I was browsing the clothing area (boys) I didn't see to much of a selection and the shoes weren't ideal either... THE BEST RESALE STORE IN THE TRI-STATE !!! I would definitely like to counter what the previous writer said. I have been a customer of Little Sprouts since their opening in March 2008. I have both sold to them and purchased my spring, summer, fall, Christmas clothes as well as shoes, Halloween costumes, snow pants and boots from them. I've NEVER had a bad experience. worst childs resale store ever! RIPOFF!!! Don't shop or sell here! After many bad experiences at another childrens resale shop, (ouac) I was super excited to see a small business in this field open in mason! I took 3 bags of clothes into the store, All of them like new darters, old navy and baby gap only, along with some nike shox, crocs, and old navy flip-flops.
