Longest wait ever. Bought over 3 years ago, told every 3 months settlement is soon. Never came. Asked to extend contract. Decided to cancel contract. Its almost 4 yeats and blocks still not titled. Edit: I think developer has gone under. Office gone, all machinery gone but most recent stage half finished. The block we purchased 4 years ago still not titled as not one house has started construction.

Wish the developer was decent enough to provide a proper title delivery date, rather than pushing the delivery date gradually from a quarter to the next.
