My kids have been seeing Jacob at Little Spartans for several years and love his patient and friendly approach to fitness. FUN, personalised obstacle course activities steadily improve their strength, agility, balance and turn taking abilities. The trick is they don’t even realise it’s a lesson! Highly recommended for all kids and all abilities. Plus it’s NDIS claimable
Our son has been going to Little Spartans Exercise Physiology since 2020 and absolutely loves it! Jacob is so patient and understanding, he is like a big brother to Spence. It's a great, safe place for kids to build their confidence through fitness and structure and loads of fun! Cannot recommend Little Spartans enough! Thankyou Jacob.
Jacob at Little Spartans is amazing! He started seeing our eldest son Jack a couple years ago to assist him with motor skills and coordination issues. The improvements in Jack are astounding. Jack has ASD and was also struggling with self confidence and body-image issues. After his time with Jacob, Jack is a totally different boy. He's fit, confident and no longer has any body-image worries. I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough. He's worked wonders with our son.
