Neglected my child. My son was there since 8:39am and the staff gave me wrong information regarding my child’s surgery. Then we go to the back and we are the only patient left. Pure neglect, and talking about personal lives while my sons waiting and hasn’t ate in 14 hours. Entered the place at 8:39am and left before they close at 5? Doesn’t seem acceptable, HORRIBLE staff
After speaking with Dr everything is put at ease and he was clear on what my child needed and recommended. Great Dr to talk to and very thorough. Dr answers any and all questions you may have. He expresses his concerns for his patients and I definitely recommend. Looking forward to my child’s procedure.
We love Dr. Siedow and his staff
