There is always a super long wait whenever we've had an appointment here. I highly recommend making an appointment on a day you have nothing to do and have time to spare. Also bringing a book or activities for the kids to do while waiting helps to pass the time. The dentist and staff are nice.
They def have a time management or scheduling problem. Idk if it was an off day or what!? My 2 kids were scheduled for 3pm& 3:30pm on a Friday. We walked into a packed waiting room, no seats available which they have alot of seating. By 3:20pm not 1 person was called back yet, knowing we had all these ppl ahead of us and I had to pick up my other son by 4:30pm we canceled & left. If you are willing to wait...have at it but we will be going somewhere else.
Waited over an hour to be seen, had to cancel the appointment & leave. Definitely finding another dentist for my son.
Staff is amazing, very clean and pleasant environment thanks staff for making my sons first dental appointment so amazing
I have been thinking my twins two little smiles since before they were two, the staff is always nice and the boys love going there.
