I was very disappointed with my son's visit with Dr. Laughlin. She was somewhat unprofessional and spoke down to me and her staff. I would think twice before sending a child to to Little Smile. The staff aso has a lot to learn about how to treat paying customers.
No Smiles at Little SmilesApparently no one ever thought to teach the office staff at Little Smiles Dentistry in Boerne, TX how to smile. Whether it is on the phone or in person the staff is narcissistic and rude. The principle partners in this practice have no idea how their staff makes the clients feel when they call the office. Perhaps this is why the building they are in was so slow to get completed. The flood of patrons they anticipated never materialized.
