Dr. Pauline Lee and hygienist, Lindsay were amazing with my child who usually feels quite anxious. Both were warm, friendly, caring and informative. . We have been going to Little Smiles for years and it has always been such a positive dental experience for my children. We now live in east van and continue to drive to their location cause of the great experience for my kids!
Dr. Ban has been my children’s dentist since they were 6 months old — almost 16 years now. He has been an exceptional doctor throughout, always thorough in his examinations, skilled in treatment, and thoughtful in his recommendations. Over the years, he has also attended to our kids during a few dental emergencies with great care and professionalism. We feel very fortunate to have him as their dentist and highly recommend him to any family looking for dependable, long-term dental care for their children.
One of my kids is neurodiverse. When they were little we didnt know waht we were going to do. It seemed it would be impossible for her to get dental work. Dr. Ban was amazing,, He let them come in and say hello many times before we sat in the chair, The first day in the chair he just said hi, the 2nd time, he showed here the tv she would get to look at during treatment, every time she sat in the chair a bit longer and he would show her more stuff , finally the day came .
