Little Smiles charges more than insurance companies will cover, so you have to pay out of pocket to make up the difference. I am still happy with the quality of service, but they charge a premium for that service and it’s unfortunate they are not more transparent about that price difference. The dentist & staff were very patient with my toddler - what a relief. We had a much better experience here compared to our previous non-pediatric dentist. Update - every time I visit I have issues with my insurance coverage. I never had this issue with any other dentist. In addition, Little Smiles charges more than insurance companies will cover, so you have to pay out of pocket to make up the difference.
