We had to bring our daughter in for an emergency consultation, as she fractured a tooth. The staff were amazing with being able to get us in the same day. After the consultation we decided to have the tooth pulled, and they were able to see her later that day for the removal. The dental assistant and dentist were amazing, great advise with accurate timelines and amazing support. Would definitely recommend visiting this clinic.
Treated with care and sensitivity here always. My daughter has been coming here since having a bad experience at another local dentist. Communication here is excellent, not only between parent and dentist, but also between young patient and dentist. Worth my drive across town to come for each appointment!
Dr. Li recommended a ton of work that neither of my kids needed. Luckily I was able to get multiple other opinions so we didn’t end up spending thousands of dollars, putting our kids through unnecessary pain, or even putting them under general anaesthetic (which was recommended). I had an outstanding experience at Little Smile Clinic! From the moment my 4- and 5-year-old kids walked in, the staff made them feel welcome and comfortable. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which immediately put me at ease. We've been going to Little Smiles for about 7 years, initially because we heard they were great with kids with disabilities—our youngest has trisomy 21. The office is always clean, welcoming, and fun, making it a place where kids feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Ban is caring, careful, and honest in his opinions, and the entire team is incredibly kind and attentive.
