I have been thinking of words to describe how amazing Shaina is, and I can’t. To begin, she made me feel heard, I *actually* had some autonomy with my hair and she was able to create what I wanted. Shaina is a master at her craft. First time meeting, chatted a bit and just explained how I wanted my hair to look. She nailed it no picture necessary Easily won me over and now a client for life! Easy to talk to, she’s so friendly and accommodating. I look forward to seeing her again…highly recommend!
