My husband and I took a labor 101 class with Little Seeds and it was excellent. The class was taught by a registered nurse with multiple years experience in labor and delivery and she did an excellent job breaking everything down for everyone to understand. The class was also small, only about 8 people which really allowed us to ask questions and go in depth on certain topics. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone getting ready to give birth, it was very informative and eye opening.
My husband and I took the infant CPR class and it was great. Kat is an awesome instructor. Highly recommend to any parents.
I took the pelvic floor course at little seeds and I highly recommend to all who are pregnant. And don’t wait on this one. There is such good information that you can implement early on in pregnancy.
Little Seeds is the place every mother or mother to be dreams of. They say it takes a village, but then you’re left wondering where that village is. It’s here. From prenatal classes, yoga, and community to mommy and me activities and resources, it’s a go to spot. I love what they offer and my boys do too! Truly so grateful to have a local space like this.
Such an amazing space and community for moms & soon to be moms! Our area really needed something like this! The classes are top notch, the owners are amazing & kind and the facility is beautiful!! Can’t recommend this space enough!
