I have a couple of issues with this practice. No one responds to the texting system. We always have to call them after texting. Also, this practice desperately needs to figure out how to get urgent appointments seen. Every time we call it is the same thing.. a different receptionist telling us that we can't get in for a week. This is unacceptable.
Worst in appointment management. You guys wasted my time today, even after prior appointment. Appoints over phone vs SMS not in sync.
Great staff, very jolly and welcoming. Dr Julie is delightful as well as great with kids of all ages. Been with them for 6-7 years, wouldn’t go any where else !
The scheduling here is difficult - a lot of unavailable time slots. The dentist and orthodontist share office here. They are not in the office certain days, but not set schedule. If you rescheduled, it would take another month to be able to get in. This makes it very difficult for orthodontic visits.
All of the staff are helpful and patient. They have always been so good to our family.
