Great experience overall I broke down otw to work and was helped get back on the road within an hour along with a cheap fix.
I would leave zero stars if possible. I broke down in the middle of moving to Texas and Gary advised that the vehicle couldn't be driven due to possible transmission issues. We paid $140 for him to "diagnose" the vehicle and had to leave the keys due to us having a 26 foot moving truck on the property we broke down on. DONT GO TO THIS SPOT!!!!I got a new hub put on. Wrong hub. I have a 4x2 and he didn’t check the $144 part so I have a 4x4 hub on a 4x2 that doesn’t fit. My mechanic found the vibration. Austin(little rock mobile mechanic) told me I had a bad ball joint. No boot and no grease. Found the boot in the trash. Found the ball joint snap ring on the top of the ball joint as you can see.
