i called early on a Saturday morning. the found a window for my car and told me to come before noon. I showed up bout 11:45 and the were all very nice. window was replaced in about 30 minutes and they vacuumed all the glass out of my car. the total bill was less than $200. I will definitely use them again when/if the neednarises
