I've been going here for about 2 years. Everyone in the clinic has always been very friendly and prompt. Dr. Hiegel is an awesome doctor! Wait time is usually super short!
I have seen Dr. Hiegel since they were in the old office. I can not say enough positive about him. He is friendly, listens, discusses treatment options and then creates a plan with you. He truly deserves 5 stars.
Tried to come in as a new patient. Was given misinformation 2 which caused me to have to reschedule my appointments. After that I was then told I couldn't be seen at the center with who I believe was Dr. Moore. I wouldn't advise coming here as a new patient. They don't seem to have things in order and have "floaters" as receptionists who give out the wrong information.
Little Rock Family Practice and Kevin Hiegel, MD are AMAZING! always so easy to get in and out and they have a lot of specialties within their facility that really make things more streamlined in the same place for the patient, I have always been satisfied with the care I have received! I LOVE the patient portal! so easy to use and always a fast response, thank you for all you do LRFP!
