I absolutely would not recommend this place. I sent my 21 year old daughter here for a basic eye exam which was SUPPOSE to cost nothing out of pocket. She ended up being charged $120 for SOMETHING..... not sure what exactly. I mean they said something but it all sounded like BS. The insurance was charged $800 plus dollars-again I don’t know why. Just NOT A GOOD PLACE and They will find ANYWAY to get money.... very manipulative. So just be very careful when dealing with these people and some of the staff are very rude☹️☹️
RecommendedI was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Hull! Very courteous and friendly. Large selection of eyewear and very helpful in helping me find the perfect frame. I highly recommend them!!

Everyone at the clinic is very nice and welcoming!!!
I won't bother you with the whole horrible story here, but the highlights of my experience with Little Rock Family Eye Care involve misrepresenting predetermination of insurance benefits, billing me seven months after services were performed, intimidation tactics, and overall incompetence. The staff is impossible to work with and the doctor doesn't return calls (assuming the staff has given her my messages, which is doubtful). Note that the good reviews are pre-2014. This used to be a really good place to go for glasses and contacts but they must be under new management or something. They are rude, pushy, and they screw up the billing, and I notice from reading the reviews that this is a pretty common experience and has started rather recently. There are enough eye care clinics in Little Rock that want my business that I don't need to waste my time with one that doesn't.
They was charging me and the insurance company. manager still hasn't return my call she calll herself adjusting the bill...this place is a real headache greedy evil bastards
