I am very disappointed with Little Rock Horse & Carriage Company to say the least. I called and talked to Kevin on Friday November 30 to schedule a 30 minute ride for Saturday December 1 after the lighting ceremony at the Little Rock Capitol. I was told he could make it happen and for me to contact him that Saturday at 3 pm to officially set the exact time of the ride.
