Worst company to put you mobile, they have stupid rules,towing my car for my parking spot when I go vacation and very expensive rent, keep out of those abuse companies!!!
If you are going to purchase a home please have someone inspect it before you sign papers. I have had so many issues. I regret not getting it inspected. Hvac makes a horrible noise. Toilet constantly runs. Replaced parts and is still running. Had to have trees trimmed back off the roof. The roof needs to be replaced and I was told the manager knew it needed to be replaced. Shingles missing. Smell in laundry area, have cleaned and cleaned and can't get rid of the smell even used a machine that's supposed to take smells out. T... read more
Way too expensive on Rent,not to mention your car will be towed if you park the wrong way,have flat tire,or have your hood up. The lady working the office is soo snoody & picky.I mean it is a trailer park,NOT tellico village! There is cars in that park that has a jack under them,some haven't been moved in years,BUT if you come home from work & park just a little bit over your spot,then 'Karen' will call a tow on you.
