Dr McGinley was my provider from Fall 2023 through January 2026. I had to move my care to the Charleston area due to her mismanagement and lack of consistent timely communication regarding serious liver toxicity effects from a medication I was on for a chronic condition. I would strongly suggest you seek care elsewhere than at Little River Medical Center.
