I have an issue with where the line connects to my home. One of the attachments that secure it has completely came off and it is just dangling. When I first noticed it I called and let them know. The lady I spoke with informed me that they would send someone out to check it. I have reported it several times over a few months span and no one has repaired it or told me what I need to do if I am suppose to repair it myself. Please do better.
From July 1, 2024 up to November 6 2024, I have lost power 8 times (not including the Hurricane). Why are they so bad? They have a monopoly in Savanna Lakes Village for power so we are screwed. They expect to get paid for power, I expect it to be reliable.
My power has been off for 11 days straight now. No one will talk to you over the phone or even come out to look at the problem. Some other people on Little River had theirs back on several days ago and I'm still sitting here with no power or water. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
