I called about my neighbors yard light flickering and they came out the same week to fix it. In the same call, I called about my yard light pole having to be replaced and they came out and inspected it the same week, as well, very prompt service and reliable!
From July 1, 2024 up to November 6 2024, I have lost power 8 times (not including the Hurricane). Why are they so bad? They have a monopoly in Savanna Lakes Village for power so we are screwed. They expect to get paid for power, I expect it to be reliable. Update: After the hurricane in the fall of 2024 and power was restored, my power has been up 99% of the time. We still have glitches but they are usually caused by falling trees, falling bird nests or squirrels
Why are rates higher than other utilities
This new rate increase is hard to stomach. Looks like we’re all to going to freeze or go broke this winter!
