We used Little River Development (Matt Riviere) at our house in Asheville after damage from Helene, they negotiated with our insurance company and actually helped us get 100% more than they were going to give for the job. They completed the work and we are very happy. We also are using them currently at Mountain Air Country Club and community in Burnsville. We are very impressed with the scope of service's they can do. I give them the highest recommendation! Thank you

We had the pleasure of working with Matt and Ken after Hurricane Helene caused extensive damage to our home. If I could give 10 stars I would do so without hesitation. Matt and his team were always professional, polite and right on schedule. Additionally Matt quoted us a fair price on all of the work we needed and always came in at or under budget and the work was high quality and finished on schedule. We contracted with Little River Development to completely redo our backyard. They turned our backyard from something we hated to something we now love and enjoy spending time in.
