The owner Matt is extremely conscientious and communicates immediately. He personally supervises the job we had with our roof and made suggestions to add protection from ice bridges. He presented a plan, an estimate, a date to start, and the cleanup was great.
We have used Little River Construction for several projects, and these folks always do a great job in a reasonable time frame and at a very fair price. I highly recommend Little River Construction for any home repairs, remodeling, or new home construction.
LRD was a perfect answer for my Trex deck. From estimate to completion, they were pleasant to work with, timely, clean job site, and competitively priced. Remain impressed with craftsmanship and communication throughout the project. Would recommend them to anyone.
