I was at the casino in June for the rug hooking school, to which the conference paid for my room Sunday - Thursday. I opted to stay an additional night at my expense. When I checked out Saturday morning, I gave my card to the front desk and got a bill back for the entire week. When the clerk tried to credit me back it would not allow her to do so.
