The water in the bathroom has made stale residue around the facets, the shower was not in the best shape, the latch to the bathroom was not easily useable, the bedroom door sticks about 1/2 way open and floors were very dirty and need of good mopping I had to sweep and damp mop to stand to walk on the flooring. The bed had some kind of cookie crumbs I swept up but feel those things should have been done before arrival.
