The staff at Little Red are the absolute best! My son was scheduled for a procedure after waiting over 8 months (by no fault of theirs), and the day of the procedure, we found out that there was an insurance issue. They spent over 5 hours on the phone fighting to help my son get the care he needed, and were able to get him in just a few days later. Im currently sitting at Little Red as my autistic son undergoes dental surgery and i just have to say... i was so nervous and anxious about the process of putting my son to sleep and let me tell you.. they did it so quick and smooth im STUNNED. im very greatful for this team and also Naomi who kept me comfortable and sane. I grew up in a family of perfectionist Dentists and dental hygienists... most other practices I've gone to or taken my kids to have made me feel uncomfortable because they just weren't "as good as my parents were." Dr. Danae BLEW ME AWAY. We started taking our kids to her right when her practice opened, and she is so good at what she does. The front desk staff is awful. They found it to be a hilarious situation they put my son in when they failed to update my contact information in their system. So when I failed to confirm (Due to lack of any type of communication or confirmation contact) they canceled an appointment that had been made three months prior for a cavity to be repaired. I really enjoyed my experience so far at this office. They were so kind and helpful and I didn’t feel ashamed as a mom with the condition of my child’s teeth. That is huge for me and a reason we didn’t get treatment sooner because of past bad experience at a different pediatrics office.
