James is the sort of plumber everyone wants. He’s expertly professional, prompt and polite to be sure, but he’s also thoughtful, personable and straight-forwardly honest in his advice. Even though our problem was not an emergency, he arrived first thing the next morning, quickly assessed the situation and gave us his frank opinion on the most cost-effective solution despite that being one he suggested we could do on our own. Old school knowledge, reliability, and integrity like that is priceless. We will be using him again.

James is an absolute legend! We called him on a Saturday afternoon for an emergency service and he showed up without hesitation after 30 min. He did an awesome job unclogging our pipes, was super professional and an all round great person. Very reasonable prices as well. Thanks for saving us James!
