I would absolutely never recommend this place based on my interaction with the older staff lady. This is a kids place, not a jail to be screamed at. Maybe she was having a bad day but even other friends who have tried it said they would not go back. I’ve visited plenty of play places and have never had a bad experience into this place. I also think it’s pricey for what it is. I saw a child ride one of the bikes to the front and she screamed it doesnt belong there. Such a wonderful little hidden gem! My 9 month old very active boy loves this place. So much to do. It has not ever been crowded so if you want something that is more laid back and you can breathe easy this is the spot! We have been twice and the people who run it are so sweet and very friendly. Highly recommend
We have been members here for a little over 2 years and it is the most well thought out play space here in Tampa bay. I am so grateful for the imaginative play spaces, curated specialty classes, pre-k prep, & fun events. Rayna + Jordynn pour every last ounce of magic they have into this place and it shows! Get a membership you will not regret it!
This place is a hidden gem! So fun for the little ones. It’s like a small town.
I called for information and the employee was extremely rude so I will not be taking my daughter here. I asked a simple question which was met by a snarky answer. "hello I'm calling to find out what time you guys stop allowing kids in for your last play session of the day" which her reply was "We are in our last play session" I then stated I wasn't asking about today I was asking about the tomorrow and at that point she didn't answer so then I asked if it was the start and she said yea and hung up.
