The NPs are great and sweet I just wished that they answered phones in the front better. I know it is just one receptionist for each office so they have to check in and grab phones. I have called before multiple times because they are busy and rarely get a call back if I leave a voicemail. Just more support would help.

My son's been going to this doctor for 4 years and in the entire 4 years he is not a stop sick they can't figure out why he's always sick which may not be entirely on them but at the same time you're a doctor fix it they're more worried about getting paid from insurance than they are fixing a sick kid I got the runaround because my insurance was lapsed for a long time and all they were concerned about is getting paid my son is definitely ill they don't care they only care about money they're rude and disrespectful so I am cu... read more
