Worst place ever. They don't know how to work with kids. And all the equipment is not for kids. Do not come here!
Absolutely unacceptable service and lack of communication from this pediatric dental office! We had scheduled a dental appointment for our child, and took time off work to make sure we could be there. Upon arrival, we were stunned to find out that our appointment had been cancelled without any prior notice or heads up from their office. Fine option for routine Medicaid dental cleanings in the Queen Anne area. We've been patients for years. Pros: The staff have always been great with the kids, and procedures are generally pretty swift. Cons: The schedule has often been a problem, with appointments canceled & rescheduled just a couple of days before the original time. Since the phone support seems to be shared between the multiple locations, it can be hard to get an immediate answer without a call-back. This place can not keep appointments! Always canceling appointments last minute. Always excuses that doesn’t make sense most of the time. Looking elsewhere for my daughters and nieces dentist work. I kind of figured because the place has been changed owner/provide many times. The workers are great but they gossip about patients when they’re gone! Horrible and do not recommend.
