The staff at Little Paws are all very helpful, kind and compassionate. They always make me feel welcome and valued and ensure that the best, most efficient care is given. Staff was very friendly, knowledgable. My bunny was so nervous but they were able to handle him with care and treats. Everyone is lovely there.
Both of our dogs have received great care from the staff at Little Paws. The vets are great and all staff members are super friendly and great at making the dogs feel at ease. One of our dogs has always been very nervous going to other vets, but the staff here managed to put him at ease and minimize his fear during his first vaccination appointment here today.
I would highly recommend using the Little Paws Animal Clinic by Telus. The communication is with a real person and they always return my emails the same day! The person I dealt with clearly cared about my cat Benny and his recent diagnosis of FLUTD. Ems helped guide me through the shopping process and even refunded me when there was a misunderstanding in products. I will continue using their services from now on. Thanks Ems!!!
