Front Staff very immature and unprofessional. Doctor runs every single lab test possible, even when it is not necessary.
My daughter in law had the worst experience. Whatever doctor seen my granddaughter should NOT be a doctor if they are in it only for the money. I don’t care if they were having a bad day or felt some type of way, she should have walked away feeling validated as a parent and felt that she received the best care possible for baby girl. To have a parent feel like there was nothing wrong with her child or that nothing could make her feel better is unacceptable.
