Called them shortly after hurricane Helene for power outage. The would not answer and gave options ....one being power out as the KNEW the area by the address info and meter # I gave them. Been out for 3 days now . The whole neighborhood called!!!! A neighbor on our circle called them to pay her bill and asked when our lights would be turned on and the girl said she didn't KNOW they were out !!! The girls that work the Dublin office are super sweet .
This service is more unstable than Charles Manson. Companies like this one are the reason there should be multiple providers in service areas not just one. My power went out. My neighbors still have service. All due to what appears to be a system glitch of sorts because my bill is paid (PREPAID I might add) and my power meter is reading off. I fully plan to contact the Better Business Bureau to make sure that ANY and EVERY consumer is fully aware of the incompetence of this company.
