I did almost a year of therapy with Kaitlyn Ritchie she was amazing and worth every dollar, before seeing her I was struggling mentally and dealing with random panic attacks almost every other week but with her guidance and expertise I now haven’t had a panic attack in months and am able to be more grounded in my everyday life. highly recommend.
I was initially surprised at the volume of 1-star reviews, but I understand how it feels to be stressed, confused, powerless, and tired. When hope is in short supply, and every disappointment seems life-ending. Everyone at Little Oaks was nothing but professional, courteous, and beyond reasonable to me. At the end of my assessment, I was provided a comprehensive, constructive 30-page report that continues to be a crucial resource in my daily life. This place is really disappointing to me! I will never give any positive feedback or referral to my friend. We had a complimentary phone call two weeks ago, and one consultant promised us to contact us with the updates in 2 days, however, it has been more than two weeks, and I called 3 times during the two weeks, there is no effective information provided and told me they are still working on it… what do you work on? Sitting in the reception area now for the past 35 minutes, and the receptionist has been on her personal phone, speaking in her language, not answering in coming calls. This is not my first disappointment with this place. The last time was a lot of miscommunication and run around, we pay a lot of money to have proper service and be treated professionally. As a parent looking to help my child I am disappointed with our services here. Once we are completed we will not return. Sad
