This business is supposed to do warranty repair on Maytag appliances. I have a washing machine, and have waited (still not fixed) for over a month for service. He came out after 2.5 weeks and said it needed a part. I haven't seen him since. When I call the part is on order - I could get it in a day off the internet. I'm told that warranty work pays about a quarter of a regular call.

They don’t even deserve one star!! I bought a floor model Whirlpool refrigerator March 13th, it stopped getting cold the beginning of June. I called whirlpool because it was still under warranty (owned it for 3 months), so they gave me their number to do the warranty work. They came out June 5th, said they would order the part and call when it came back in. I’ve called them every two weeks since and every time have been told the part is not here yet. We were having an issue with my Maytag washing machine, and after emailing the company, they offered to have Little Nicky's come to look at it free of charge.We were very impressed with this repair service.He ran a diagnostic test, told us what he found and fixed it. He also did a test run on the machine to make sure it was running properly. We would definitely call him again.

I called them a couple of months ago. A problem with my washer. The guy showed up 2+ hours late. He said he was doing a job East Troy. Ya Right! There was not a speck of dirt on his clothes. He looked at the washer from five away with computer(laptop) in hand. I turned the dial on the washer and said "I think there is a problem with the switch." The guy told me without checking, or touching anything, "The water pump bad. And this washer it is not worth fixing" "Here is the bill from Little N for 89.00 for doing nothing."
