I have been taking multiple pets to this veterinary clinics for close to two decades now. I always loved them for their fair pricing, friendly staff, and most importantly, a veterinarian who, although is very soft-spoken, made me feel heard and cared for. The doctor seems cold and unbearable. Staff look overworked and overwhelmed. I wanted a private conversation with the doctor about something sensitive. I don’t understand why staff had to be there. Go to VCG instead.
The scheduled surgery was cancelled! No one informed you in advance! I called to inquire, and the front desk kept us on the line for 15 minutes! In the end, they just told us to wait for the call! It was very disappointing! No one had any integrity at the front desk!
