The scheduled surgery was cancelled! No one informed you in advance! I called to inquire, and the front desk kept us on the line for 15 minutes! In the end, they just told us to wait for the call! It was very disappointing! No one had any integrity at the front desk!
It's honestly ridiculous how many hoops you have to jump through just to speak with the doctor. Everything is done through the assistants. I've been to many clinics before and I've never experienced this madness. You never see the doctor and you can't even get a call back without basically begging on your knees. How can I trust as a pet owner that my dog is being seen by an actual doctor and the assistants aren't just back there stalling? This clinic is poorly run by what seems like the receptionists or assistants. Employees seem drained and I don't understand how this clinic runs. Why can't we go in the rooms? It's not covid anymore. No excuse.
