Very good location, the hotel is nice and renovated, the rooftop is nice, service was good, overall clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quite small - there is no place to store your things. I think they could use a few more hangers and drawers

観光のために6日間滞在します。 客室は清潔で、T2の紅茶が飲めるのも嬉しいです。昼はクラクションが聞こえることもありますが、遠くなので眠れます。ベッドも凄くフカフカです。バス、電車のどちらも利用しやすく、観光地に行きやすいです。また、5分歩くと土日も営業しているColes(スーパーマーケット)があります。スタバ、コンビニは徒歩1分です。 カードキーでエレベーターが動くのでセキュリティは安心です。 到着した日に、荷物を預けに行くと「10ドルでアーリーチェックインできる」と言われて「必要ない」と答えると「確認したら利用できる部屋あるから、チェックインできる」と言われた。 私が英語ができないから、正しく理解できていない可能性がありますが、部屋の状況でなく、スタッフによってアーリーチェックインの有料無料が決まるような感覚を受けました。 しかし、実際は部屋の状況によってアーリーチェックインの可・不可と有料・無料が決まるようです。 口コミに返事をいただきましたので、口コミを修正しました。

Service was honestly 5 stars! All staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and the amenities were perfect. Rooftop bar was a great place to have a drink and the wine list was first class.
