Nice new hotel with very modern rooms, although they are small. Nice gym and modern self check in and check out facilities. The only disappointment was while it was my fault for leaving in behind, I left a designer brand hoodie in the cupboard. I contacted the hotel the next day to be told it was not handed in by the cleaners. It was 100% left in the cupboard and again shown my fault for forgetting it, so would have expected some honesty from the staff to hand it in.
Would stay here every time. Lobby has a scent and it’s a great location. Bed is super comfy and robes are fluffy.
Have stayed here on multiple occasions and unfortunately my latest stay will not see me return and advise all the same. Room 821 had significant leaking from the window and staff did nothing to help resolve/ rectify. Very disappointing.
