Horrible manager of summer camp
We had a great birthday party for my son. The place was clean and party room was already pretty festive. Lots of different activities for the kids to do. The staff were easy to work with before and during our party. The pizza was also quite good. We’d definitely book another party here.
If you have a child under the age of 7 this is the best place for a birthday party! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from planning to the actual event date. And the play centre is the perfect size for the littles to stay fully engaged while the adults can relax. It is also secured by a gate to ensure the kids do not get out without an adult. 100% will come back and recommend.
I absolutely love Playcenter on Bank Street — it’s truly one of our favorite places! The staff are always super helpful and friendly, and the layout of the play area is perfect. I can always keep an eye on my little monkey no matter where he is playing — nothing is hidden or hard to see, which gives me so much peace of mind.
